A Public Hearing was held on March 22, 2011. The public comment period will end on Apri 11, 2011. The Environmental Assessment Document will recieve final approval in Spring 2011. Final design will also be complete in Spring 2011.

The appraisal process is underway and offers have been issued on several properties.

Construction is tentatively anticipated to begin in Spring 2012 with a two year construction season.
