who we are
The Project Management Team, comprised of representatives from the City of Vincennes, the Federal Highway Administration and the Indiana Department of Transportation is the decision-making body for the project.  This group works with the technical staff of Beam, Longest & Neff that is responsible for project management and the design of the bridges and visual elements.

Sixth Street- Design for the Sixth Street project is currently under development. The anticipated date to authorize funds for construction is June 2011. Visual elements such as landscaping and lighting are under consideration and advanced right-of-way acquisition discussions are also underway with a timetable for construction estimated to begin in October 2011 and be completed by 2013. Right-of-way acquisition is expected to begin in March 2010.

Hart and Fifteenth Streets- No specific design details exist for the Hart Street and Fifteenth Street spot improvements other than conceptual.  Additional structure design details, right-of-way needs and historic preservation mitigation would be developed during the ensuing environmental phase.

The estimated construction cost of the proposed improvement at Sixth Street is $14,700,000.00 (2012 dollars).
